This Privacy Policy explains how The Yogic Blueprint collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website and application.

The Yogic Blueprint is operated by Yogic Blueprint, Estonia ("we", "us", or "The Yogic Blueprint").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and operate The Yogic Blueprint.

Account information

When you create an account, we process:

  • your email address;

  • your authentication credentials;

  • a unique account identifier created by Firebase Authentication; and

  • technical information used for authentication and account security.

Account authentication is provided through Google Firebase Authentication.

Firebase Authentication may process information such as your email address, password, IP address, and user-agent information in order to authenticate your account, manage sign-in, provide security, and prevent abuse.

Your password is handled through Firebase Authentication and is not stored as part of your course-progress data in Cloud Firestore.

Purchase and access information

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

After a successful purchase, Lemon Squeezy sends our application purchase confirmation through a webhook. We process the information necessary to connect the purchase with your account and unlock the content you purchased.

This may include information such as:

  • the email address associated with the purchase;

  • purchase or customer identifiers;

  • the purchased product;

  • purchase status; and

  • purchase timestamps.

We do not directly collect or store your full payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record and handles the checkout and payment transaction.

Lemon Squeezy also processes personal information under its own applicable privacy terms.

Course progress

When you use The Yogic Blueprint, we save information about your progress so that you can continue your experience across sessions and devices.

This may include:

  • chapters or sections you have completed;

  • meditation or practice progress;

  • completion states;

  • your current position within the program; and

  • other information required to restore your course state.

Course progress is stored using Google Cloud Firestore.

Legal acceptance

We may record information showing that you accepted our Terms of Use and acknowledged this Privacy Policy, including the date of acceptance and the version of the documents presented to you.

Communications

If you contact us directly, we may process your email address and the contents of your communication in order to respond to you.

2. Why We Process Your Information

We process personal information for the following purposes:

  • to create and maintain your account;

  • to authenticate you when you sign in;

  • to verify your purchase and provide access to paid content;

  • to save and restore your course progress;

  • to maintain the security and integrity of the application;

  • to prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access;

  • to respond to support or privacy requests;

  • to comply with applicable legal obligations; and

  • to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.

Where the GDPR applies, the principal legal basis for processing information required to provide your account, purchased content, and saved progress is the performance of our agreement with you.

We may also process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or where we have a legitimate interest in protecting and securely operating The Yogic Blueprint.

Where processing requires your consent, we will request that consent separately where required by law.

3. Firebase and Google

We use services provided by Google Firebase to operate parts of The Yogic Blueprint.

These currently include:

  • Firebase Authentication, for account creation and email/password authentication; and

  • Cloud Firestore, for storing application data such as user progress.

Google generally acts as a data processor for personal information we provide through Firebase in connection with these services.

Firebase states that data transmitted through its services is encrypted in transit and that Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore also encrypt data at rest.

4. International Data Processing

Some personal information may be processed outside Estonia or the European Economic Area.

In particular, Firebase Authentication is operated from data centers in the United States and therefore processes authentication data in the United States.

Google states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for applicable international transfers and provides contractual data-protection arrangements for Firebase services.

Cloud Firestore data is stored according to the location configured for our Firestore database. Google allows Cloud Firestore databases to be configured in specific regional or multi-regional locations.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Account and course-progress information is generally retained while your account and access remain active.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information that we no longer need, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, transaction-record, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Firebase Authentication retains authentication information until deletion of the associated Firebase user is initiated. Google states that following deletion, authentication information is removed from its live and backup systems within up to 180 days. Firebase may retain security-related IP logs for a shorter period.

Some transaction information may need to remain with Lemon Squeezy according to its own legal, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping obligations.

6. Who We Share Information With

We do not disclose personal information except where necessary to operate The Yogic Blueprint, provide a requested service, comply with the law, or protect legitimate rights and interests.

Our principal service providers currently include:

Google Firebase
Used for authentication, account infrastructure, and Cloud Firestore data storage.

Lemon Squeezy
Used to process purchases and provide purchase confirmation to our application. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through its checkout.

These providers may use subcontractors in connection with their services and are subject to their respective contractual and data-protection obligations. Both Google Firebase and Lemon Squeezy publish data-processing terms addressing GDPR-related processing.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Analytics and Tracking

We do not currently use Google Analytics within The Yogic Blueprint.

We may use essential browser storage or similar technologies where necessary for functionality such as authentication, maintaining your session, remembering application state, or operating the installed web application.

If we introduce Google Analytics or other non-essential analytics or tracking technologies in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any consent required by applicable law will be requested before such technologies are used.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;

  • request correction of inaccurate information;

  • request deletion of your personal information;

  • request restriction of certain processing;

  • receive certain information in a portable format;

  • object to processing based on legitimate interests; and

  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

These rights may be subject to limitations provided by applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request in order to protect your account and personal information.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at yogicblueprint@gmail.com.

When an account is deleted, we will remove the account and associated course-progress information where it is no longer necessary to retain it.

Certain records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for transaction records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, but we seek to limit access to personal information and use service providers designed to provide appropriate technical safeguards.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We do not currently use your personal information for profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Automated technical processes, such as confirming a successful purchase and unlocking purchased content, are used only to provide the functionality you requested.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our application, service providers, data practices, or legal obligations change.

The current version and its last-updated date will be made available through The Yogic Blueprint or its website.

Where a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.

13. Complaints

If you believe that your personal information has been processed unlawfully, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority applicable to you.

In Estonia, the supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
