These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The Yogic Blueprint, including its application, educational material, meditation practices, reflection exercises, observations, images, and related content.
By creating an account or using The Yogic Blueprint, you agree to these Terms.
1. About The Yogic Blueprint
The Yogic Blueprint is a self-guided educational and meditation application operated by Yogic Blueprint, Estonia ("we", "us", or "The Yogic Blueprint").

The application provides educational material and practices relating to meditation, awareness, the mind, habits, conditioning, and conscious living.
2. Your Account
Access to purchased content is connected to your account and the email address used during purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Your account is intended for your personal use and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or made available to another person.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us.
3. Purchase and Access
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction.
The Yogic Blueprint is currently offered for a one-time purchase. After a successful purchase has been confirmed, access to the purchased content is activated for your account.
Payment processing, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and other matters relating directly to the purchase may also be governed by Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
4. Personal Use License
When you purchase The Yogic Blueprint, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the application and its purchased content for your own personal purposes.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the application, course material, writing, sutras, illustrations, designs, meditation guides, software, or other intellectual property to you.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of the content;
sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the content;
publish purchased content elsewhere;
share your account to provide access to others;
copy the content for the purpose of creating a competing product or service;
remove copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices; or
attempt to bypass access restrictions or security mechanisms.
Reasonable personal notes, quotations, and references are permitted where allowed by applicable copyright law.
5. Educational and Meditation Disclaimer
The Yogic Blueprint provides self-guided educational, contemplative, and meditation material.
It is not a medical service, psychotherapy service, mental health treatment, diagnostic service, or substitute for individualized advice from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.
The material does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Meditation, self-inquiry, breath awareness, and reflective practices can affect people differently. They may sometimes bring difficult thoughts, emotions, memories, sensations, or states of mind into awareness.
You are responsible for deciding whether a practice is appropriate for your circumstances. If a practice causes significant distress, concerning symptoms, or feels inappropriate for your condition, discontinue it and seek suitable professional guidance where appropriate.
Do not disregard professional medical or psychological advice because of something contained within The Yogic Blueprint.
6. No Guaranteed Outcome
The Yogic Blueprint is intended to support exploration, learning, meditation, and awareness.
Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee any particular psychological, spiritual, emotional, health, meditation, performance, or life outcome from using the application or following its practices.
Descriptions of insight, meditation, awareness, transformation, or other experiences within the material should not be interpreted as promises that a particular experience or result will occur.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, The Yogic Blueprint and its original content, including its text, sutras, meditation practices, exercises, visual design, illustrations, branding, application interface, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the product described in these Terms.
8. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, improve, correct, update, or modify the application and its content over time.
Features, presentation, technical requirements, and individual parts of the content may change as the product develops.
We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical problems, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will not intentionally use this provision to remove statutory rights connected with your purchase.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use The Yogic Blueprint:
for unlawful purposes;
to interfere with or damage the application or its infrastructure;
to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted areas;
to distribute malicious software or automated attacks;
to circumvent payment or access controls; or
in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, our rights, or to respond to a serious breach of these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The application may rely on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, hosting, authentication, analytics, or technical infrastructure.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Lemon Squeezy separately governs the checkout and payment transaction as Merchant of Record.
11. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refunds connected with purchases made through Lemon Squeezy are processed through Lemon Squeezy and are subject to its applicable buyer terms, refund procedures, and mandatory consumer protection law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a right to a refund, remedy, withdrawal, conformity, or other protection where such a right is required by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care in creating and operating The Yogic Blueprint, but we cannot guarantee that the application will always operate without interruption, error, or technical failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated.
You remain responsible for how you apply information and practices provided through the application to your own circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including any mandatory rights available to consumers.
13. Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we process it, how long it may be retained, which service providers may process it, and the rights available to you regarding your personal information.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using The Yogic Blueprint at any time.
We may suspend or terminate an account where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, unauthorized sharing or redistribution, misuse of the application, or where suspension is reasonably required for legal or security reasons.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide notice before permanently terminating access.
Any termination will remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary, for example because of changes to the application, applicable law, security requirements, or the way the service operates.
The current version and its effective date will be made available within the application or website.
Where a change materially affects existing users' rights or obligations, we will provide appropriate notice where required.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them under the laws that apply in their country of residence.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, you may also have the right to use applicable consumer dispute-resolution procedures.
